April 2002 - ASMD, Inc. officially launches new corporate website.

February 2002 - ASMD, Inc. and Craftix Technical Solutions form a strategic alliance to offer Data and Voice Cabling installation and testing services. The move combines ASMD, Inc.'s low voltage electrical expertise with the information technology expertise of Craftix, offering a powerful knowledgebase for clients seeking solutions that take into account their total cabling needs.

December 2001 - ASMD, Inc. adds new offering to its product line up, a combined Digital Multiplexer and recorder with built-in networked video capabilities. The new offering, an alternative to traditional CCTV, detects and records all cameras automatically at a record rate equivalent to a 24-hour time-lapse mode, without any operator intervention. The high-tech recorders can view up to 16 cameras per unit and offer the capability of connecting multiple units together. Truly exceptional advances over traditional CCTV systems include: instant playback at the touch of a button, no need to buy a VCR and tapes as data is recorded onto a hard drive, no waiting for rewind and fast forward, and the ability to view live and recorded video on a networked PC.
