Repair Service / Service Plans

ASMD, Inc. can service and repair security, access control (proximity key card), fire, hold-up/panic, medical, and CCTV systems and components produced by nearly all major manufacturer's including: Ademco, Apex, AT&T, Caddx, DSC, FBI, ITI, Moose, NAPCO, Silent Knight, and many others. Ademco systems are our specialty!

ASMD, Inc. can even service privately labeled systems (systems which are labeled with the name of a specific alarm company).

Additionally, ASMD, Inc. offers a number of service options including service plans that can cover the costs of parts and labor and add emergency service and/or key service to provide the ultimate in accessibility. Our service plans include:

• Standard Per Incident Service
  • Customer pays for parts & labor based on hourly rate.
    (Contact us for our current service labor rate.)
  • Service calls available during normal business hours
    (8am-5pm) Mon-Fri.

• Key Service Gold
  (ONLY AVAILABLE WITHIN A 25 MILE RADIUS OF BALTIMORE CITY.)
  • $50/month Full Service Policy
  • Includes Key Service (Response by ASMD, Inc. with a customer provided key for any alarm where police are dispatched [to allow them to search your property])
  • Includes Emergency repairs 24 x 7 x 365!
  • Covers all Parts and Labor costs for any repairs done.

• Gold Service Policy
  • $40/month
  • Includes Emergency repairs 24 x 7 x 365!
  • Covers all Parts and Labor costs for any repairs done.

• Silver Service Policy
  • $25/month
  • Covers all Parts and Labor costs for any repairs done.
  • Service calls available during regular business hours
    (8am-5pm) Mon-Fri.

• Bronze Service Policy
  • $10/month
  • Covers all Labor costs for any repairs done.
    (DOES NOT COVER PARTS)
  • Service calls available during regular business hours
    (8am-5pm) Mon-Fri.
